Everything you need to know about ordering, delivery windows, payment terms, and our policies — so there are no surprises.
What you pay for delivery depends on how far your site is from our Long Island warehouse. Zone 1 is closest, Zone 3 is the longest run. Every zone gets all three service levels — you pick how fast you need it.

Standard service
Rides our regular daily route. Order by 3PM and it is on site the next day. The cheapest way to get filters, and what most orders use.
Scheduled site delivery
You pick the day and we give you a one hour window, Monday to Friday between 7AM and 4PM. Worth it when someone has to be there to take the delivery or let us in.
Same day delivery
Order by 11AM and it reaches you before the day is out. For when a unit is down and waiting until tomorrow is not an option.

Auto Delivery Set your sizes and a cycle. We deliver on schedule so nobody has to re-order. Set it up
Dirty Filter Pickup We haul your used filters away so you are not storing or dumping them. Request a pickup

Ordering for delivery
- $75 minimum on delivery orders. No minimum if you pick up.
- Order by 3:00 PM for next-day delivery.
- Custom filters: order by 2:30 PM and up to 40 pieces go out the next day. Over 40, call us for a date.
- Account orders need a PO or job reference — add it in the cart before checkout.
On delivery day
- Free delivery on orders over $500 in our delivery area.
- Routes run daily across NYC and Long Island. Windows are route-based, not guaranteed.
- Someone has to be on site to take the delivery, or we continue the route.
- Same-day and emergency runs depend on availability — call (516) 442-0100.
- Report damage or a short count within 24 hours of delivery.
