    Yes! We offer custom-cut filters to any size you need. Visit our Custom Filter page, enter your exact dimensions, choose your MERV rating, and we'll cut it to spec.
    Generally every 1–3 months depending on your home, pets, and air quality. We recommend every month for homes with pets or allergies, and every 2–3 months for standard homes.
    MERV 8 is great for everyday use. MERV 11 is ideal for homes with pets or mild allergies. MERV 13 provides the highest filtration for severe allergies, asthma, or smoke.
    Check your current filter — the size is printed on the side. If you can't find it, measure the slot where the filter goes (length × width × depth in inches).
    Yes. Auto Delivery is a standing order on a 30, 60 or 90 day cycle: the same sizes and quantities, built and delivered on your schedule for as long as you want them. The difference from most subscriptions is the billing. We do not keep a card on a timer or charge you in advance. We call or email about three days before each delivery, you pay for that one, and you can change the cycle, skip a delivery or stop altogether at any time.
