Odor Eliminating Carbon Filter

A pleated panel with activated carbon bonded into the media, so one filter handles particulate and odor in a single pass. The carbon adsorbs the gas-phase contaminants a standard pleated filter runs straight past.

What it handles: cooking and grease odor, tobacco and cannabis smoke, VOCs and solvent fumes, diesel exhaust pulled in off a loading dock or garage, trash room and restroom odor, and the general staleness of a building running on limited outside air.

Where it fits: restaurants and food service, bars and lounges, dispensaries, salons, medical and dental offices, print and paint shops, apartment buildings with corridor make-up air, and any tenant complaint that reads “it smells” rather than “it’s dusty.”

• Activated carbon bonded to pleated media — particulate and odor in one filter
• Drops into a standard filter rack, no separate carbon housing required
• Available in 1", 2" and 4" depths — more carbon and a longer life as you go deeper
• Carbon loads faster than the particulate media, so plan a shorter interval than a plain pleat
